Please note that we have a no-cancellation / no-refund policy for all workshops. In the event that you cannot or do not attend, tuition is NON-REFUNDABLE.
In case of an emergency or other extenuating circumstance that makes you unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person to participate in your place by providing written and confirmed authorization (email is fine).
Alternatively, with authorization from the Tampa SEO Training Academy, you may attend a class you’ve previously registered for but missed, on a future date that is no more than 12 months from your original class date.
MINIMUM CLASS SIZE
Due to the requirements of our training facility, Tampa SEO Training Academy requires a minimum of three students per class in order to run these in-person classes.
If this minimum number of students is not met two weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the class, we reserve the right to either switch the class to a virtual classroom environment, reschedule the class to a new date or to cancel it altogether.
You may elect to transfer your enrollment to a future class scheduled in Tampa or in our New York, NY facility or you may choose to receive a full refund if the Tampa SEO Training Academy must cancel a class due to low enrollment numbers.
Please note that we have a no-refund policy for all pre-paid hourly consulting blocks. Pre-paid consulting hours do not expire and can be used at any time in the future.
In the event that you do not use your pre-paid hours or decide you no longer need them, the fees paid are NON-REFUNDABLE.
In case of an emergency or other extenuating circumstance that makes you unable to use these hours, you may transfer them to another person or business to use in your place by providing written and confirmed authorization (email is fine).
